Game 11- Anand retains his title

A drawn game. Hard for me to imagine not playing the game through to the end, if I am Kramnik... But no- he agreed to call it a draw, losing all chance at the title after 24 moves. Wierd. After this anti-climax even I am bored.

I hear in 2009 an American actually might have a shot at the title. (He a Russian who emmigrated, naturally)

BUT Hah! Look what I figured out how to do: (I wonder if copying like this is legal?)

John, it is so cool that you have old radio dramas on you playlist! I didn't even know that could be done! (Yeah I know...I haven't been around much.)

Baseball. That's just barely a sport. Half the game you sit on a bench. 90% of the rest of the game you stand around watching two guys play catch.

Yeah Mary- glad somebody else out there is getting a small wriggle out of them!

I found a website:

http://www.oldtimeradiofans.com/

where you can download old radio shows for free, if you are interested.

I've been on listening to a bunch of these lately- some of them are not bad- some are horrible, of course- I really like Suspense- they did a pretty good job- although you have to laugh no matter how good they did. Also the commercials. There is a commercial about 15 minutes into "the Yellow Wallpaper" (see player at bottom of blog) made in the 50's and its for : NOT LITTERING. A guy comes on and gives the audience a 50's pep talk about how nobody likes a litterbug. anyhow. Im hungry!
